Application Enablement: WebVoice Composite Service (TTS)

API execution flow:

1. Conversion of given text to voice (wavfiles) using Amazon Polly or Voice RSS
2. Place a call to the given telephone number, using Routing policies to select preferred trunk
3. Play the wavfile to the connected user
