- Orchid SBC supports enterprise call recording scenarios through integration with Enterprise Recording solutions through the SIPREC protocol. SIPREC is also used to fork media to AI-based solutions that detect deep-fakes in voice communicatios
- To enable a complete recording solution, the SBC could be integrated with 3rd party application servers through HTTP/REST APIs.
- Service logic and trigger conditions are integrated into the Service Creation Environment and Policy Engine of Orchid SBC.
