1. About Our buisness
Our portfolio includes Enterprise and Carrier Session Border Controllers, Voice QoS and Fraud analytics, Wholesale, and Interconnect BSS platforms as well as Enterprise and A2P messaging solutions.
All products are available as on-premises, cloud, and fully hosted Orchid cloud deployments
- 1. Simplify the complex deployment of IP-based real-time communication services
- 2. Deliver QoS and mitigate security risks in real-time
- 3. Enables telco API – RTC platforms for the Apps and application service providers by providing API to mash-up services
- 4. Generate data analytics and correlation utilizing Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to monitor real-time network and user behaviour and deliver revenue assurance (fraud analytics) and operational intelligence tools
2. Modern slavery statement
The statement is made by Cataleya Private Limited We are committed to ensuring that our business operates in a socially responsible way that prevents slavery and human trafficking. We are also committed to playing our part in helping the world to improve practices designed to combat slavery and human trafficking.
We are not aware of any allegations of human trafficking/slavery activities against any of our current suppliers. If such allegations arise, we will immediately conduct an inquiry and report it to the authorities where required.
3. Our employee culture
Cataleya is committed to acting with integrity and operating in a fair and transparent manner.
We conduct our business in accordance with our guiding principles which we have adopted to represent the high standards that we set for ourselves and exemplify the ethos and values we seek to instil in our employees. These values include transparency, honesty, and #oneteam – a company-wide value exemplifying our company’s and employees’ commitment to supporting Cataleya’s people and treating them well. We assess employee performance against these principles.
We employ people from all backgrounds who share the ambitions and values of our business.
We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour. Cataleya has adopted a Code of Conduct prohibiting violations of law and has implemented additional policies and practices to prevent violations of labour and employment law. Our People Team personnel are trained to ensure that Cataleya is compliant with such legal requirements. Our Code of Conduct encourages employees to do the right thing by clearly stating the actions and behaviour expected of them when representing the business.

We are committed to acting with integrity in all our business activities. In this vein we have adopted various global policies and/or implemented employee training on the following topics:

- 5. Confidentiality.
- 6. Staff Privacy and Data Protection; and
- 7. Code of Conduct.
5. our supply chain
Our key suppliers are typically in the fields of technology, data, office, and facilities. We do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain and would seek to terminate our relationship with a supplier where evidence of the same occurred.
While we believe that we work in a sector or territories where modern slavery and human trafficking are particularly low risk, every company is at risk of being involved in some way through its operations and supply chain and we want to work with suppliers who are aligned to our values. We are committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking arising in any part of our business or in relation to those with whom we conduct business.
6. Risk assessment
We have developed standards, processes, and procedures including:
- 1. The monitoring and review of the effectiveness of our internal policies and their implementation.
- 2. supplier risk assessments on proposed service providers.
- 3. those to support an inclusive, open, and tolerant workplace environment; and
- 4. those relating to the raising of concerns or poor practice by our employees and those with whom we deal (including anonymous reporting).
