- To enable a complete recording solution, the SBC could be integrated with 3rd party application servers through HTTP/REST APIs.
- Service logic and trigger conditions are integrated into the Service Creation Environment and Policy Engine of Orchid SBC.

Zoom Phone
Premise Peering As a Service: Enables enterprises to seamlessly connect their Zoom Phone users to their carrier SIP Trunks. Offers VAS Resellers to offer Zoom Phone peering to their customers. Orchid Link SBC and Orchid Collab support Zoom Phone users, and and in future, other collaboration tools as well.
Provider Exchange: Enables operator to become listed in the Zoom Phone as a Service Provider, using Zoom as a channel to sell DIDs and SIP Trunking, while providing ready-made connectivity for Zoom Phone users. Orchid Link is a Provider Exchange enabler.
MS-Teams Direct Routing & Bring Your Own Service Provider
An integrated portal with automated workflows for one-stop configuration, simplifying the onboarding process for users on Teams Cloud, Hosted/On-prem IP-PBX, and trunks on the SBC.

- 1. Conversion of given text to voice (wavfiles) using Amazon Polly or Voice RSS
- 2. Place a call to the given telephone number, using Routing policies to select preferred trunk
- 3. Play the wavfile to the connected user
