Our Orchid One, the next generation session border controller (SBC), is placed in a privilege location in the call path to detect fraud attacks critical in fraud prevention. It can leverage the existing real-time voice analysis engine to further analyse and detect call anomalies. While most Fraud Management Systems (FMS) sit as a 3rd party equipment outside the call path and work on a reactive approach, Orchid One has a Machine Learning (ML) algorithm that takes a proactive approach to monitor any ongoing call flow. The ML algorithm detects suspicious or abnormal call behaviours and patterns based on your network trends and notifies you in real-time, reducing the time and cost required on mitigating the fraud.
